The ViTelCare™ Clinician Monitoring Software
The ViTelCare clinician viewing software is a PC or web based, feature rich, health monitoring application. It was designed and developed to automate the acquisition of daily vital sign monitoring readings and health assesssment responses by home monitored patients. Vital sign and health assessment data is displayed on a patient data desktop screen.
Simple mouse clicks provide clincians with easy navigation through the application. Healthcare providers navigate through a series of desktop screens for each patient including: patient monitoring data, contact information, nursing notes, patient health history and a client (patient unit) set-up screen.
Standard and Likert versions of the clincian monitoring software are available. The standard version supports patient health assessment responses in the form of none/better/worse, true/false, no/yes or 0-10. The Likert version supports patient responses that are assigned numerical values using a scale of 0-5. There are a total of 10 different assessment parameters asked and total scoring is based on a 0-50 point scale. Healthcare professionals can look at the individual alerts for each parameter, the daily overall score, the weekly overall score, and the monthly overall score. Trending and statistical analysis can then be accomplished by using these scores.
