The ViTelCare™ Wound Field Kit

A wound care management tool developed to assist in-home nursing visits. Providing visiting nurses a means of acquiring, documenting and annotating wound images in the field and sending these images with annotations back to a wound care nurse (WOCN), physician or other healthcare practioner for immediate review and response for a corrective treatment plan.
