Console
Our eKiosk gives patient convenient, efficient access to clinical care in a pharmacy or retail setting. Privacy is protected in a HiPAA-compliant environment, as patients connect with primary care physicians or specialists.
- Customizable audio questionnaires can be administered to assess patient symptoms, and the patient’s heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and weight can be measured, forwarded to the physician, and added to the EHR.
- Using electronic instruments in the eKiosk, the physician can listen to heart and lung sounds, examine ears, eyes and skin lesions, and measure weight and blood oxygen level easily and painlessly.
- Customizable health and disease-specific education derived from evidence-based clinical practice guidelines can be accessed
Console + Small Enclosure
When more privacy is needed or existing space in short-supply, ViTel Net’s Health eKiosk solution creates a patient room where one doesn’t exist today. Adding walls and lighting to the console solution creates a secure space for patient-physician interactions.
Vital signs are shared in real-time, along with a live video feed that can be switched between any attached medical devices. This streaming of live medical data, images, or video of procedures occurs as they are being performed. The camera can be controlled on either end, allowing clinicians to thoroughly examine the patient and provide consultation. Images are calibrated to give exact measurements, and areas of concern can be magnified for easier viewing.
Console + Exam Room
As an option, we may also extend the walls of the Health eKiosk solution to create space for a patient bed – a true full-scale clinic exam room environment without construction time and expense.
